FINAL LOCKDOWN: 12 SOUTHERN KADUNA LGAs SEALED, DUSTED AND DELIVERED FOR JERRY ADAMS — BOBAI UNLEASHES TINUBU, UBA SANI & GENERAL CG MUSA WAR MACHINE, TELLS OPPOSITION “NO MARKET TO SELL”
KADUNA — It is no longer politics, it is a total shutdown. Hon. Victor Mathew Bobai, SSA Public Affairs to Governor Uba Sani and Convener of Friends of CG Musa, has declared that Southern Kaduna is a no-go area for the opposition, saying 12 LGAs have been sealed and dusted for His Excellency, Comrade Jerry Adams.
Speaking with Invicta Correspondent in Kaduna over the weekend while commenting on the aggressive mobilization by the APC Deputy Governorship Candidate, Bobai said:
“From Kaduna South, Chikun, Kajuru, Kachia, Kagarko, Kaura, Kauru, Sanga, Jama’a, Zangon Kataf, Lere and Jaba is a shutdown for His Excellency, Comrade Jerry Adams. Opposition should look elsewhere but these LGAs are already sealed and dusted for the APC. We are proud to associate with his energy. We wanted the person Governor Uba Sani gave us as a running mate and most definitely we shall prove the opposition that there is no marketplace to sell their products.”
Bobai said the lockdown is not by mouth, it is by visible evidence of the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani, now reinforced by the collaborative efforts of the Minister of Defence, General Christopher Gwabin Musa (Rtd).
WHY SOUTHERN KADUNA IS LOCKED: THE PROJECT BLITZ
Federal Punch from President Tinubu:
President Tinubu approved the Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia, a 270-hectare educational and economic asset for Southern Kaduna, and the Federal Medical Centre, Kafanchan. His administration approved over ₦1.17 trillion for Light Rail & Road Projects for Kaduna announced April 30, 2026, including N100 billion for Kaduna Light Rail and a 50km internal light rail valued at $868 million, plus the 122KM Kaduna-Birnin Gwari Road reconstruction and commissioning of skill institutes, specialist hospitals and CNG buses.
State Bulldozer from Governor Uba Sani:
Over 78 road projects covering 775 kilometers, most link roads in rural areas, with 21 already completed including Magajiya-Amaru-Unguwan Liman and Madauchi-Madakiya-Kafanchan. The 23-kilometre Madauchi to Kafanchan via Madakiya road in Southern Kaduna has been completed and commissioned, while the Jaba-Kwoi road was flagged off as a lifeline for southern Kaduna. 255 healthcare centres are being upgraded and 15 General Hospitals upgraded including Kachia General Hospital, plus 62 new secondary schools completed.

Bobai said what makes the 2027 equation intimidating is the entry of General CG Musa’s collaborative structure working hand-in-hand with Tinubu and Uba Sani:

Musa has supported military-led community investments in humanitarian infrastructure (schools, clinics, particularly in areas affected by conflict). In Southern Kaduna, Giwa, and Kauru, military engineers are sinking boreholes, rehabilitating schools, and convening peace dialogues. Musa’s support group inaugurated 23 local government area structures under MUSAWAH For Youth & Development Initiative in Kaduna state for President Bola Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani’s re-elections ahead of 2027.
